Rooms and Rates

At Dar El Hana, we offer you value for money:  three bedrooms each offering an unique experience and to suit all walks of life, from couples, families, siblings and friends traveling together. Come live in a typical Moroccan house in the Medina Fes! The Jacaranda rooms can be combined with the Acacia room for a spacious family apartment - the entire second level to yourselves. The house is well suited to groups or families.

Accommodation for 7 or 8 in 3 bedrooms and a sitting room. Entire house from 190 euros per 6 persons, including breakfast. Baby cot available upon request.

Note : Prices provided vary according to number of people in rooms, or for the entire house and increase during peak season by €20 per room between 23 December and 6 January inclusive, and during the Fez Festival of World Sacred Music (1st June to 9th June 2007) and may be negotiated with owner.

Jacaranda Suite - €75 for two per night or €95 for three per night including breakfast
	Main bedroom has a queen sized double bed in the quiet inner sanctum of the suite. Bright and romantic...revel in the comfort of reverse cycle air-conditioning. Through the archway and into the sitting room and another full single bed/sofa bed, writing table and cupboard. Wonderful cedar wood shutters and windows look out into the central courtyard, and... you can look up through the Halka to the sky.... or across the courtyard to the Acacia room. Ensuite bathroom: zellige, tadelekt and pottery basin.
Hibiscus Room - €60 for two per night including breakfast. €20 charge for additional guest
	Bright, airy and cosy room with queen sized double bed. Relax on the sofa bed and enjoy reverse cycle air-conditioning. Private bathroom and spacious shower a few steps away.
Acacia Room -  €55 for two, including breakfast.
	Open the cedar wood shutters and glass windows, and look out into the central courtyard and up to the sky. This spacious twin bedroom is ideal for teenage children or singles traveling together. Extra length (2M) mattresses. Comfort at affordable prices. Fan and heaters provided when required. Private bathroom

Cancellation Policy - Please read:

In case of cancellation on your part, and for any reason whatsoever, you owe us the following :

(“days” are the number of days before the reserved and confirmed arrival date. Percentages are cancellation fees based on the total amount of your reserved and confirmed stay)

-         30 days +                     5%

-         30 days to 21 days    25%

-         20 days to 11 days    50%

-         10 days to 0 days     100%

•  Legally, amounts billed are cancellation fees ; if you have paid a deposit, we reimburse this in totality.

 (Example : you cancel 15 days before arrival and you have paid a 50% deposit. In legal terms, we reimburse you your deposit and bill you a cancellation fee for the same amount, which in fact means that we keep the money you paid us as a deposit.)

• If you arrive after the confirmed arrival date, the total amount for your confirmed stay is due ; the same is true for a departure before the confirmed departure date.

• Once you confirm your reservation via phone or e-mail, you implicitly agree that you have taken notice of above cancellation policy and that you authorize us to debit your credit card for the amount due.
